Meet Isabella Beneke

I am a practitioner of specialised kinesiology and a member of the Association of Specialized Kinesiology South Africa. I also practise reflexology, cupping massage therapy, lymphatic drainage massage therapy and do kinesiology taping. I am based in Lynnwood, Pretoria.

 

I started my journey in KZN, where I studied kinesiology with Soulpipers Kinesiology Centre. I qualified in September 2021. I moved to Pretoria and furthered my studies in Johannesburg. Now I, additionally, practice Neuro-Organization Technique and specialised in June 2022.

When asked about the basis of kinesiology, my first answer is to be mindful of what your body is telling you!
